Be happy for a better you

I think the quickest, easiest, and most effective way to feel happier is to be grateful. Spend a few moments every night listing on your phone or just thing what you’re grateful for that day, and see how quickly your mood changes. Happy thoughts changes your mood it puts a smile on your face, you start seeing life a little brighter.

Your surroundings can have a major difference in the way you see life, from the way your home looks to who you’re spending time with, your surroundings are very important. Make your environment more positive, hang positive quotes on your walls specially next to your bed so it will be your first thing you see when you wake up and the last thing when you fall asleep.

Limit the time you spend around negative people, the negative energy they bring is toxic and will be contagious.

Declutter your home and life, I’ve been really looking into becoming a minimalist.

Music, I love music listening to songs can do wonders for your mood. Make a playlist of your favorite happy songs.

Finally spend time helping others in any way that you can. Doing something to make someone else happy will definitely make you so much happier.
